"Called to refill a script and the pharmacist was extremely rude because I didn't use the app. Maybe I don't want to download another app on my phone. It's your job to take refill requests on the phone. Ridiculous. I'll just use king's or Walgreens if I have deal with immature attitudes. Grow up."

"I know pharmacies are busy right now everywhere, but this place is exceptionally daunting and poorly managed. My sister went to pick up HER prescription, they gave her mine “by accident” because they couldn’t stop and pay attention to the names. She ended up taking it thinking it was hers and fell ill. Every time I go I have to wait no less than an hour to receive my meds. And right now, I’ve called them 6 times and they refuse to answer, I’ve been waiting on them to fill my script for 3 days now. For 3 days I’ve been without my meds because they have no sense of management and absolutely zero respect. The health violations within this pharmacy will land them in some major lawsuits. I’d rather they close this branch entirely if they can’t find the adequate staff, because at this point they are causing harm then they are helping."

"I continue to use this pharmacy even though I moved farther away. The staff is what makes this pharmacy special. Major shout out to Lisa who is always on top of things. I haven't had any bad experiences here. The only thing I'd say is that Safeway needs to add more staff. They are always working with a skeleton crew but never complain and still manage to be efficient and kind. Safeway, gives these folks a raise and some more help! They deserve it! They are best part of this location!"
