"I recently did an intake with All Health Network because I am in dire need of case management services. I was matched with a caseworker in Parker because she was available, and I don’t want to keep waiting to access health care as a person with a chronic illness. Unfortunately this person has NO intention of helping me in any way. She said she would follow up with DHS on my behalf, she did not. She said she would get me a list of doctors I could see while I’m in the Medicaid application process, she did not. She offered me nothing but her Googling and giving the first advertised result at the top of the page. She expected me to do everything I was seeking help for through case management services. She even suggest that I, an immunocompromised person, go to DHS in person to get my application, that I submitted in November 2021, figured out. I started crying during my 10 minute call with her because complete lack of competence or desire to help. To which she did not apologize or offer any resolution, just asked if I wanted to book another appointment. This is not a NONPROFIT ORG. They prey on people in need, take money from chronically ill / impoverished Coloradans and copy paste replies to bad reviews. If there are any Therapists or Caseworkers with All Health that do their job I would not know, my entire experience was a complete nightmare."
"I started therapy with All Health Network when I was at a really low point in my life. All of the providers have been welcoming and warm, while maintaining a professional-but safe atmosphere. It has been a year since I started seeing my individual therapist, Kara, and I am in a much better place because of her help. She has been an advocate for me and my feelings. I always feel happy and confident when we finish a session. and I look forward to our bi-weekly meetings. I highly recommend All Health Network!"
"Made an appointment for my daughter. Kept her home from school so she’d be less anxious and stressed out. Stayed home from work so I’d be there to support her. She got on her Zoom meet and was told they don’t have any therapists available so she’ll need to look elsewhere for therapy. You know what? Fine. I get it. You don’t have any openings. It happens. But why allow the appointment to be set at all? People rearrange schedules for this kind of thing. Their callous disregard for the actual wellbeing of their potential patients is stunning. How can an appointment setter not be informed that no appointments are actually available? Apparently their internal communication is terrible. Steer well clear of this disorganized, poorly-run operation."
"They're terrible. I waited 14 months to be transferred to a new therapist, and just kept being told that I would receive a call back, which never happened. I finally had to go elsewhere for therapy. Medication appointments can't be scheduled more than 3 days in advance, which of course can be problematic for anyone who works full time and can't dictate their own schedule. If you change pharmacies and don't tell them before your refills run out, you'll have to fight like hell to get your prescription renewed. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the therapist that I did see (briefly) was great, but she jumped ship shortly after I became a patient."
