"Sherrie (sp?) with the pharmacy was incredibly rude when I called to inquire about a prescription being in stock. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence before rudely interrupting me saying she can’t tell me every dosage they have for this specific medication. NO REALLY? That’s not what I was even wanting but I’m sure she couldn’t use her brain for more than 5 seconds to realize that I had a specific dosage that I was asking about. She only has a job because of patients and she needs to remember that. I’m probably going to be switching pharmacies after this experience with her because of how rude and horrible she was. Costco here I come"

"I fill my scripts here because it is less expensive than their competitors. Usually, the pharmacy is fairly quick and reasonable with times scripts will be ready for pick up. I was a bit disturbed by how many times the pharmacy tech and pharmacist asked for my Sam's club membership. You do not have to have a membershio to use the pharmacy... though they were very pushy about it. Maybr they are going out of business, Sam's club that is... I dont know but it felt rude. This last week though, has been an an issue with filling my medicine without checking inventory on controlled medications that they have it in stock and can fill it. Instead just committing to filling it without inventory on hand. Second, after dropping of scripts to be filled, returning the next evening (24hr window). I was told "opppss, we are still filling those." Wow. That is quite a long process. I told them I had to go back to work, I would have my wife stop by prior to closing. She returns and they still didnt fill anything, oh yes, we dont have the medication you need, unless you want generic, doctor didnt say you can have generic. I look at the script and yes, yes, substitution permissible. Ughhhhh... so unfortunately they lost me and my family as customers. I will just go to the walgreens pharmacy a mile up the block. A much more convenient and consistent pharmacy. Even if I have to pay the extra $100.00 per month."
