"I'm using Alto for my fertility medication based on the recommendation from my fertility doctor at Shady Grove. The first time I ordered from them was wonderful they were quick and efficient and I was like how noce is this? Well fast forward to this month and I placed my order last week. It was shipped out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. It was a quick delivery because the medication requires refrigeration. Well it's Thursday evening and I still haven't received it yet. I completely understand that FedEx is to blame for that and that has nothing to do with Alto. However, when I spoke to the pharmacist about wanting a new fertility shot that has been refrigerated because this one hadn't been for three days now they told me that its totally ok the manufacturer says it doesn't have to be refrigerated for 30 day. Despite the fact that the injection itself, the FedEx website, the Alto app and pharmacist, and my personal doctor all made it clear it needed to stay cold. It took talking to three people to be able to get a new shot but i would have to pick it up in store and the closest location is an hour and half from me, I didnt feel i had much of a choice so I agreed but then they told me I would be responsible for paying for it. I explained to them that's unfair because the delivery is three days late and the response I got from the Alto representative was that i have to pay because the medication will still be ok even though it hasn't been refrigerated and i was just being picky about it. For somebody going through IVF and the magnitude and complexity of it and to have your pharmacy basically tell you that its fine and whatever just use it is extremely disheartening... I will now ask my doctor to fill my prescriptions with a different pharmacy."

"They do not answer the phone. I never received one of my auto-renewed meds and got zero communication from them as to why. They scheduled it 3 weeks past when I should have gotten it. After writing to someone (robot) in the app, they tell me it's on backorder. Why couldn't they tell me that so I can go look for it elsewhere? I've had this happen a couple times now. They've also sent me "30-day supply" before with just 20 pills in the bottle... Also, sometimes I'm getting deliveries 4 times a week. What a disorganized mess and waste of everyone's time."
"Alto is great for prescriptions you need regularly. However, if you are wanting to get a prescription filled quickly, this isn't the place for you. My doc called my prescription in on Monday and I won't be able to get it until Wednesday (unless you pay the $9.99 fee). Disappointed."
