"This was a cool store, it just took too long. I waited for about an hour or more. Honestly if they would stop all of the talking and hanging out I would've been out of there. I called them previous to me picking up and they're the ones who said 45 mins! I expected them to be done. I have disabilities that cause my knees and back to hurt. I had to try and deal with the uncomfortable wait. My thing is when you guys say when they'll be ready have them ready or close to it when a person gets there!! I felt like my waiting wasn't a priority gossiping with one another was!! You guys were rude for this!!"

"This is the best pharmacy in the Denver area. They always answer the phone for me and when I walk in and give them my prescription it is done in 10 or 15 minutes. They open at 8 a.m. and I'm out the door at least by 8:20 am. I would highly recommend this to anybody living in the Englewood area."

"Worst experience ever!! Lost my credit card payment, asked for it 3 more times claiming they “lost” it. Then they made me pay for a prescription that should have been covered because they are too lazy to do the job they are paid to do. God help you if you are staying in Sweedish and are relying on this pharmacy. They are not under direction from the hospital and get to do their own thing on their own terms. If you are being discharged do yourself a favor and just have your medicine sent to your regular pharmacy. You will walk through hell to get these people to help you."
