"I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 due to the new management. Jessica was fantastic, but the new head technician is the rudest woman I've ever spoken to. Disappointing because I loved this pharmacy and recommended it to all my friends. I'm thankful the other pharmacy tech there is a lovely person, but I feel bad for her having to work with that other woman. Sadly, after almost 3 years, I have to take my business elsewhere."

"I am going to attempt to be respectful but I am extremely upset and very concerned with the current inept staff that controls my medication. My medication has run out while I have been waiting for my refills to be delivered. There excuses is they did not know what prescriptions to fill because they had an old order from a doctor that has sence left and a new order from my current doctor. My medication was filled in January and nothing last month and now I'm out. I never received a call regarding my medication and when my wife called they just said they don't know what to fill. Now how uneducated and inept of a pharmacist do you employ that can't understand to fill the prescription that is the newest because patients do change doctors and doctors do retire and so on. This is unacceptable service and thank God I am not still on my Oxycodine and hydromorphine because being late on that can be deadly. Your company needs to do better. I am extremely disappointed in all of you."
