"Never had an amazing experience here, but before my latest they were generally okay. Recently, however, I tried to get a prescription delivered. I didn't realize that they apparently use Doordash for this, and the person decided to pick up my medication and then just (I assume) keep it for themselves to use/sell. I called to try and sort this out and spoke to a very unfriendly manager who told me I would need to bring in a PRINTED COPY of the proof screenshot and report made to Doordash in order for them to replace the stolen prescription. So, now not only do I not have medication I very much need, I have to spend a chunk of my own time fixing their mistake. Needless to say, I'll be finding a new pharmacy (and likely never getting medication delivered ever again)."

"They canceled my prescription because I had no insurance?! Now they are out of my Rx that I need! It might as well be the DMV or Post Office. Incompetence at its finest."

"The pharmacy is temporarily closed (probably due to COVID or being short staffed which I completely understand working in the medical field myself) but they have no one answering phones, no way to transfer prescriptions to another walgreens and just told me (after calling another store) there is no way for me to get my son's medication. I asked if they could just cancel the prescription completely and they told me that wasn't possible either. They also can't even give an estimate on when the pharmacy will reopen. When they are open the staff is very nice and helpful."

"We had been to 4 stores to look for a specific OTC medicine for our toddler last night. There was a super nice, professional, and helpful employee in the Pharmacy (I believe his name was Trip or Lane)? He was EXTREMELY busy as there were only two employees to manage the drive up, walk up, and vaccines. This did not keep him from acknowledging and engaging us, keeping us informed of our wait, as he was serving in order of arrival, and doing his best to research and answer our questions. We were very pleased to not only find the product we were searching for, but also with the high level of customer service we received by everyone working last night."

"I had a wonderful visit. Ben the pharmacist was extremely helpful and patient towards me. (Since I had no idea what I was doing) Also the young lady at the counter (Aaryn) was just as courteous. A great visit from start to finish. I will definitely be back."
