"Such a great pool! However, the woman at the front is unbelievably rude and condescending. She’s unhelpful and argumentative when guests are just simply trying to check in. It is a great pool but be prepared to be absolutely harassed and yelled at upon arrival."

"The facility is top notch. The gatekeeper at the front was rude and snooty. Instead of asking how she can help the immediate statement was "this is a private pool". Maybe I just didn't look like I belonged, but I was just dropping my child off to a group of people who HAVE memberships. Didn't even get asked if we have a membership.....just "we are private". Elitist? Maybe not, but definitely snobby."

"Nice space, but the staff are completely rude. Showed up 45 minutes prior to my sisters rehearsal dinner to drop off some flowers and was completely told off. I don’t remember rude customer service being part of the nearly $2000 package. They also don’t help setup or anything at all. Better venues out there 100%. Especially with staff that want you to have a nice experience on your special day."

"Loved this pool!!!! They have three separate pools, a splash pad and a slide (there are height requirements though). The pool water temperature was warm and very nice! The splash pad water was a bit on the cooler side. Very nice place with lots to do!"

"I love the Grange, the one thing I do not like are there teenage lifeguards who get hard-headed an extremely bossy. I am an adult and I don't need some fifteen-year-old telling me what to do."
