"Incompetent, Rude, and Unprofessional!!!!!!! I tried getting a price on an Rx that my doctor had called into the Evergreen Walgreens. On my first phone call I was given a Good Rx price and a price with my insurance. I was told to go to the manufacturer’s website to see if there was a coupon for better pricing. When I called back to get the coupon pricing I spent over a half hour on hold only to get hung up on. I called again, waited, and was hung up on again. Eventually, when I did speak with the pharmacy I was told that they couldn’t give me pricing as the product was not in stock. When I said that this didn’t make any sense as I just spoke with someone who gave me pricing with my insurance and with Good Rx. I then asked to speak with someone at the pharmacy who could help me. I was transferred to Scott who gave me more of the same run around. When pushed on the question as to why I could get Good Rx and insurance pricing but not the pricing with the manufacturer’s coupon, Scott became very uncooperative and belligerent. He said, “he was slammed and I should go to another Walgreens”. The truth is Scott could have given me the pricing, or could have offered to call me back with the pricing at a better time. He chose not to do either of these. Instead he displayed a full array of incompetence and unprofessionalism. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and it won’t be to another Walgreens. It will be to Mark’s Marine Pharmacy in Canada where they offer great pricing and customer service!"

Alex was friendly and relaxing and has tricks up his sleeve to keep your mind off the shot! Well done Alex! Thank you! Other staff were very friendly as well.. is it weird to have a favorite Walgreens? Because.. now I do.."
