"I just wanted to give a shout out to Belle. Belle was very friendly and kind, and I definitely enjoyed our conversation. I also appreciate that I was not at any point addressed by my legal name. I haven't changed my name yet but I am trans and was picking up a refill of HRT. Every other time I've been to any pharmacy to pick this prescription up I have been addressed by my legal name at some point in the interaction. Belle avoided doing this (which I really appreciate) and also took a note of my preferred name to update it in the system. This was genuinely the best interaction I've had with anyone at a pharmacy so I just thought I would leave a good review even though I don't normally leave reviews at all. Thank you Belle!"

"Im sitting here waiting to be seen and its been an hour, not one person has asked if they can help or anything at all. I asked what was the hold up and she just said “oh ill ask the nurse for you” horrible wait time and horrible staff."

"Have been helpful and friendly. There are times prescriptions have not been ready (usually waiting on a Dr.) and they go out of there way to get them filled quickly while I wait."
