The pharmacy has not been responsive by phone and when I call, I am out on hold for 25 minutes and then it hangs up automatically. I understand there is a shortage of pharmacists but there needs to be better communication to customers."

"Awful!...NO Star is deserved!!!...Since the new manager has come aboard, things have changed in this once convenient and caring pharmacy. Nothing is ever stocked, they are all about money and their own easy life, than caring about the sick patients and what we need. The egos have become so gigantic that they no longer follow my doctors instructions and instead, they just cover their own selves which is never at the patients' benefit to begin with. What happened with those neighborhood drugstores of the past? There was a time when people mattered. With these corporate chains, and this one as a shining example, no one matters, as long as their profit and ease of practice is met. Shame!!!"
