"I ordered the XYZ oils. Placed the order speaking to her personally. It has been a month and she charged my card but has not shipped my order. She does not return my calls, texts or emails. It is a scam! Never order from her business. Very sad since I have used her products in the past and they were good. Follow- up- Bonnie contacted me the next day and apologized for the mix-up. She sent me my product ( twice the amount I ordered) the next day. I have used her pain eraser oils since 2010. They have always worked for me. I love the product and hope to see her business be successful and long lasting. Wish her all the best."
