"Unprofessional, at renewal time never shopped my insurance to get a better deal, told me I should go find another insurance agent instead of helping out and trying to get me a better deal on my 3 cars, house and umbrella. I found the same insurance (Coverage,deductibles etc) with another agent, $1,400 less a year than quoted by Melissa. It should tell you something when a agent doesn't even list their last name on the web site or in any communications. When adding cars to policy she never contacted corporate office to have billing adjusted. I overpaid nearly $500 for her laziness. Best of luck if you decide to use Melissa as your agent. BTW...Doesn't even have a office works out of her home."
