"The Papichi sandwich was delicious! I think it was perfect when topped with a bite of the house-made pickles. As you can tell from the picture, the sandwich was packed! The Pinch Me smoothie was creative and refreshing! On the juice to smoothie scale, it leaned more toward juice. I would have liked it a bit thicker, but the flavor was 10/10."

"So glad we stumbled upon the food truck court and discovered Paninis Plus. My husband and I both ordered smoothies which were really, really good. Our two buddies both had the panini sandwiches and were kind enough to let us have a bite. Simply delicious. Everybody was very happy with their meal, and I'd go back once or twice a week if I lived there in Moab! "Stopped by as wanted to try the Moab Food Truck Park. I wish I had room to eat as the food items sounded delicious and received good reviews, but just finished having lunch. To wash my food down, just ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Lady working the truck was very friendly and helpful. Before I could find a table, my smoothie was already ready. Smoothie was delicious and could tell they used fresh fruits. Was a nice mix of the two fruits and had a nice consistency. If the smoothie was an example, then will try some of their food options the next time I'm back."

"Best sandwich in Moab! We ordered the Kofte and papichi and I could not recommend them more! The kofte is so unique and delicious and comes with the bes tzatziki sauce. We saved the papichi for the drive home and it really hit the spot after our bike ride. The smoothie was yummy too and the staff were super friendly and helpful!"
