"✨The BEST Quesadilla✨ ✨After a long day of hiking we stopped for quesadillas - and we were shocked with how good these were! Being from Texas we get really good Mexican food, but this was for real one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had. ✨Large Portions - none of us could finish our quesadillas. They were packed with meat, cheese and other fillings. The flavor was so good too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"It's a food truck with a several tables and a long bench for seating. I had the enchanted Chicken and my son chose a pork one with jalapenos. I can't remember the name. Mine was good and he really liked his. Very filling. I could only eat half."

"I always see if Quesadilla Mobilla is open when I’m in Moab because it’s so good. Exactly what you need before or after playing around the desert all day (I like to go during lunch because they go till they run out). They stuff the quesadillas full too so it’s pretty big portions and they don’t skimp out on ingredients. Seating might be hard to find sometimes but I’ve never had too much of a problem. The enchanted chicken quesadilla and the New Mexico identity crisis are both great, and so is their veggie quesadilla. Both of their salsas are really fresh; they have a green sauce and a classic so I usually get one of both!"
