McDonald's

"The process is simple should be little error. And when an error happens just correct it! Not here. Bought 2- number 3 breakfast sandwich meals. Received 1 coffee and 2 sandwiches. Asked where was hash browns & other Coffee? Employee went on about that is what she keyed in, I replied okay, that is not what I requested. Refused to add items charge me for difference until a manager came involved. Not sure what happens but hopefully more training to keep things moving along for everyone."

"The food here was fine. They didn't have ketchup or soda, which made me give it a 4. Service was alright, although they forgot to give us something, but overall, it seemed fine. Went through the drive thru here instead of the Wendy's near it."

"We ordered some frappes with our food, and we got our order, missing the drinks. I tried to bring it up, but they said they couldn't get the ice cream machine working because nobody knew how to work it. They didn't offer a refund or anything, despite the coffees being about 7 bucks. The best they would do is give us medium drinks with a smirk. To add a nice little F U cherry to the top of this, they brought out an ice cream to a lady 5 minutes later."

"What you usually expect at every McDonald’s. Service was horrible along with the burgers and fries. The new shamrock shake has a minty flavor and is colored green which was pretty cool."

"It seemed like most everything wasn’t working at this McDonald’s today - specialty coffee, shakes, etc. The staff was trying their best to field everything, but people were waiting and getting antsy. When a gentleman came up to the counter after we had just placed our order and said he had been waiting over a half an hour for his food, we got a little nervous. The tables needed cleaning, the whole place needed some cleaning, even just a thorough wipe down. I didn’t go to the restroom. Our food came out hot and correct after a 15 minute wait. Probably will look for another option for a quick meal."
