"This was the most authentic tacos I’ve tasted in the US, surprisingly in Moab Utah. The shop is unassuming and looks like fast food place (well, it was ‘fast’ but high quality). You can tell this was no Tex-mex or Taco Bell because they served tripa, lengua and chicharron tacos. Too the menudo is only available on Sundays. The pork belly tamales were an added bonus. Would def come back if I’m doing Canyonlands again."
"No frills Mexican food that is quick and friendly service. Fair prices and portion sizes. The enchiladas both had plenty of meat, and were flavorful, small sides of rice and beans - overall food was very good but not amazing. However for a small, fast Mexican joint, you're not really expecting amazing - so it absolutely fueled me back up after a long hike!"

"Great food and great people. Our food was ready for us very quickly and it was great. I got the chimichanga and it was one of the best. Their horchata is above average, but most places like this that I've been to has let you get your own with refills, which wasn't the case for here, but they did let me reuse my cup for the fountain drinks. The view is amazing just like any place in moab. I like to wash my hands after eating and I'm either blind or they didn't have a bathroom for customers. I would definitely recommend stopping by here if you want better than average Mexican Fast food."
"Best and most affordable Mexican food we found in Moab. We ate there almost every day for a week and everything we had was awesome. It was so good we filled up the freezer in the RV with burritos to bring home."
