"Waited for 10 minutes without someone even acknowledging that I was in line . Only 1 customer in the restaurant. Restaurant wasn't busy and either was the drive thru . The cook and window guy kept using profanity and swearing about the food they needed to cook or service . I watched the cook make 3 French dips one didn't even have t much meat on it and it was pushed to one side of the bread Very rude people in general ."

"We went in to get some food and it took forever to receive the order. Then you have the cook yelling and cussing about needing to prepare the orders in front of families in the store this place needs to do something with the cook and prepare food a lot faster then 20 minutes there was only 3 customers in the inside and nothing in the drive through"

"I have sat in the drive thru up to 15-20 minutes getting just a turnover and there was only 2 cars ahead of me!!. And once went inside ( I was the ONLY customer in there ) and it still took just as long. Love the food, and that's it !!"

"Food was okay. Way too much sauce on sandwiches. Was told it was going to be a five minute wait on chicken for the sandwiches I ordered. Waited 25 minutes. They brought out the wrong order. Got upset when I told them it was wrong and they forgot the fries and only brought the sandwiches. Got upset again when I asked about the fries. When apologizing the lady unwelcomingly touched my arm. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Super slow, waited almost 20 mins for an online app order that was sitting in their warmer in plain sight during that whole time. I could actually see it along with an accumulating pile of items (10 or more, included in picture) and was rudely greeted by the cashier with a blank stare, no hello or anything. And when I told her I had an app order she snapped at me with a "they're working on it". Then dismissively looked past me and asked the person behind me for their order.... Say there another 10-15 mins waiting for my order. She would occasionally walk over to the warmer tray and stare at the food then the screen then the food. Grab an order of fries. Place that in a tray then state at the food again.....a line started forming.... Beyond the rudeness it just seemed like she was lost..... Need better customer service skills for sure above anything. In response to "response from the owner", you want me to go to a link, that didn't work by the way, and repeat all this again? How about you take this very detailed review and fix it at the local level, make it right that way instead of again inconveniencing me yet again to take time to tell someone when you obviously have seen the review..... Your link takes me to a dead page within Salesforce..... Your store won't get better if YOU don't fix it, don't wait for corporate to come tell your staff to be better.... It's your job to make it better."
