"Canceled my order on Doordash twice for some reason? If you're closed you should list yourselves as closed on the app. Doordash charged me for two large family orders totaling over 100$, and because this location canceled the order I'm not only lacking a quick dinner for everyone (i can live with that, not a huge deal) , I'm now out over 100$ for the next 5 BUSINESS DAYS until my money is returned (which I cant live with). I get not being available on doordash, but why even accept orders on the app just to cancel them? And if this is a doordash issue, I suggest the owner of this location call them. Because doordash made it VERY clear to me on the phone this was 100% the fault of this burger king location, and nothing on their end. So if it wasn't your fault, just a heads up, doordash is telling customers it is. And refusing any sort of help beyond returning money a WEEK from when the order was placed. I'm leaving 3 stars cause I genuinely like this place, and don't think it's all on them. But the owner and/or manager should look into this. Cause doordash has placed 100% of the blame on you."
