Reviews of Aspen Ridge Dental Care
"The entire staff is very kind, helpful and honest about your options. Dr Waite is extremely knowledgeable and describes everything in great depth to ensure you know what his suggestions mean. I'd recommend him to everyone for any dentistry or sleep needs!!"
"I’ve moved around a lot as an adult, so I’ve seen a lot of dentists over the years. Dr. Waite and his team are the best I’ve ever worked with, and their facilities and equipment are the best I’ve seen in any dental office. I recently started coming to this practice after moving here from out of state, and I had dragged my feet setting up a dental appointment even though I had recently started having a lot of sensitivity to cold and hot liquids. Even though I’m good about brushing and flossing regularly, my last dentist hadn’t been very thorough, and I think I had some unaddressed dental issues. On my first visit the dental hygienist Janine pulled out a high-end camera and flash to take detailed photos of my teeth in addition to the usual x-rays. She also did a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me some helpful advice about extra things I could do to help with the sensitivity issue. I then had a consultation with Dr. Waite to go over the high resolution photographs and x-rays, and he was very thorough and patient in showing me each of the issues he was seeing with my teeth. He recommended crowning six of my molars, and while that might have been a bit alarming, he was able to clearly show me all of the cracks and deteriorated fillings in each of the teeth in the photos and explain his concerns. He also had Marla, his superstar office manager, work up a quote of what the expenses would run and what my insurance would pay so that I had as much information as possible in making my decision. In the end it was pretty easy to decide to get the teeth crowned. I set up four separate appointments to take care of the crowns. Marla was a lifesaver in helping with scheduling and budgeting, and helped me figure out the best way to schedule the appointments to maximize my insurance benefits. I was somewhat nervous on my first appointment as I hadn’t had any major dental work done in a long time (which is probably why I needed so much of it done now!), but Dr. Waite’s assistants Whitney and Cesar put me at ease with their wit and attentiveness as they prepped me. It also helps that they have TVs mounted to their ceilings above every single operating chair with a massive selection of Blu-ray movies to watch during procedures. I think this is a great idea that every dentist should consider adopting in their practice. It really helped me relax and not mind having my mouth open and my teeth worked on for a couple of hours straight. The four procedures all went very smoothly. Dr. Waite was great about talking to me throughout the procedures and keeping me as relaxed as possible. I felt like he was very gentle, efficient, and thorough in working on my teeth, and always pleasant to talk with. After each procedure, he would show me detailed photos of what he found under old cavities he removed before crowning the teeth, explaining why it was good we went ahead and crowned them. This was very reassuring, and gave me a lot of confidence in how thorough he was fixing my teeth."
"I was very impressed with the care I received today. Janine was thorough and gentle with the cleaning. Dr. Waite was patient in explaining how biomimetics is different and he gave me hope for the future of my teeth. Marla did a great job of explaining the co-pays and my insurance. Overall a very good experience! Thank you!"
"I’ve been going to Aspen Ridge Dental Care for several years. Dr. Waite removed old metal fillings and replaced them. We’ve had a bit of a haul getting my teeth and gums up to par but between him and his amazing hygienist I have much better oral hygiene. The office is always clean. The equipment is new. And I’m always in and out at my scheduled time. I highly recommend becoming a patient. And if the dentist scares you you’ll be in great, gentle hands."
