"I cracked a tooth and wanted to get it replaced with a post. Bone materal was added and the site was stitched up after the tooth was removed. The next day, over the weekend, the stitches came loose and the bone material was lost. I called on Monday and was told it was fine and not to worry about it. The staff was dismissive about my concerns. I am now trying to get the post put in and it is not fine, there may not be enough bone. It would have been nice to get the job done right, but if that was not possble, it would have been nice to get the botched job corrected."
