"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Renee at the front office has got to be the first experience I have ever had with obviously corrupt billing practices and intimidation. She literally told me “they” (the front office) lost my entire set of Invisalign retainers meant to last years and I would have to pay out another 3k for replacements ???? Evidently after my last in house appointment they had misplaced them!?!?!? The day I went to file for small claims court against this practice she conveniently found them and was ready to send immediately via usps mail. If I could give negative stars I would."

"Lasting Impressions Dental Care is superior to other dental offices. The staff is always very friendly and genuinely happy to see you. Melissa and AD are our favorite dental assistants. They are very comforting, knowledgably and funny. I'm positive my child would rather go to the dentist and laugh with Melissa than anywhere else. My child and I both have had multiple cleanings here. The staff is informative before, during and after all procedures. The staff take time to educate my 12 yr old on the importance of good dental hygiene in a way she understands and remembers. My daughter is currently in the middle of orthodontics care. All options for braces were explained thoroughly to us and the benefits of each were also discussed. The orthodontics care she has received here has exceeded our expectations. We look forward to this life long dental/patient experience."
"The hygienist and her assistant (I wish I remembered their names, the hygienist with black long hair and her petite assistant with strawberry blonde hair) WERE SO THROUGH! I think I told them 12 times that I’ve never had a cleaning where they actually took their time and cared.. best cleaning I’ve ever had! THANK YOU!"
