"They always have a reason to turn me away for a Tuesday walk-in. Because of their excuses, I made an appointment to get my teeth taken care of. Next thing I know, the clinic is closed on 02Jan2024 when I was scheduled to be seen. Not a single personnel reached out to inform me of the closure. They didn't even bother to reschedule on MHS Genesis. Bunch of lazy people working here that just dont care. Everyone here is just there to collect paycheck."

"You call them and they make you hold for 10+ minutes. When ya get there, the front desk is usually gossiping. Happened more than once for me. Go fix yourself receptionists/phone operators."
