"Takes 3 days to get a prescription either first time or refilled. We switched pharmacies. They also have such a long wait in person or drive through. Not worth it."

"Extremely rude and never want to take accountability. If you need anything they will just say "not my problem" and hang up on you. My advice, find another pharmacy."

Never have the right medications and wait times are insane. Gave my fiance wrong milligrams in medication and continued to fight with us about insurance. Made us go back to the Dr. Just for the Dr. To say pharmacy gave wrong prescription."

"8/24 I had the worst experience going through the drive thru pharmacy. Cheyenne was very unprofessional, didn't go through the medication instructions with me to ensure I knew what to expect. Cheyenne also made me wait almost 2 hours and go around the drive thru 4 times. my prescription was said to take 30 minutes I drove around 35 -40 minutes later still not done I said fine no problem. Drove around again for her to say sorry I can't help you I have to help the others behind you first (one car behind me)and then I can bag it.. Fine, I parked waited 15ish minutes decide to get in line as 4 or 5 other cars got in Iine I go around again wait for the other cars ahead of me...waited in line about 18 minutes get to the window for her to say sorry I can't help you it's ready but I have to help the car behind you FIRST if you want to wait in the parking lot or go around again!! I told her I wasn't leaving AGAIN and my daughter is screaming and crying and I need to give her this medication to feel better and I wanted to speak to a manager.. she leaves and comes back with my prescription 2 seconds later!! she made me wait and caused my daughter unnecassary discomfort. I am not happy with this experience and she needs to have proper training."
