"I have been going to this specific location for the last 5 years. Every single time I’ve had a wonderful experience. Each staff member has always been super amazing every time! The managers make their rounds and make connections! There’s been many times we’re more than one employee interacted with us!!! This place makes you feel like home! Thank you for everything!"

"They sat us down at a table with no salt or ketchup or anything. So we had to grab from the tables next to us. I didn’t appreciate that. Why sit us at the table that’s completely empty on condiments ? Sit us at literally any other table… pay attention ppl you had ONE job and you messed up. Your only job was to sit ppl at a table and you can’t handle that. Congrats. I got the monster burger and nin got the burnt ends burger. The burger was just a regular patty and not burnt ends so idk what’s going on there, it’s just smokey flavored. How is that burnt ends? Do we need to drug test the menu writer?"

"Is the food going to change your life? No, but it’s pretty good especially for the price. Is the service attentive and fun-spirited? Yes. Is this a great place to bring young kids? Yes. Is take out from here good and easy? Yes. Red Robin. Gets the job done and gets it done well."

"Service was awkward and unfriendly from entry to exit. I don’t usually mention service but it genuinely did not seem like the staff wanted customers in the restaurant. Felt like we were being rushed the whole way through but then were told to pay out on the tablet sitting on the table so unsure what the reason was. Food was what you’d expect- kinda like sloppy hospital food. My bun tasted like plastic. The mai tai was awful, but I like me a spiked freckled lemonade. You get a choice for a bottomless side with your entree; the fries are good extra crispy!"
