"I was asking with Kim for night guard cost with my insurance. She told me $174 also my insurance covered, so I order night guard, after I got my night guard, Kim is working in front desk plus billing was told me, i ever order night guard before with different dentist, I said I never order night guard with any dentis ( night guard once in life time ) second reason after she found out from my insurance was cover by insurance if I got oral surgery, which was I did not get any oral surgery, and she found out again my insurance not cover at all at this point. Later on Kim spoke to me I have to responsible to pay the rest of my night guard bill was not cover by insurance, she send me to dept collector and I have to pay over $450.00, on top of $174 which I already paid before I received night guard. What a shame of this Dentis not hire professional billing code employee, which can’t read what patient insurance policy and procedures, what something could cover or not cover by insurance and end up patient to pay which was not my fault and make me end up bad credit if not pay the bill from this dentis. I do not recommend to be patient for William case DDS what so ever, also I spoke to William case all about what’s going on, he did not care. He only care of the money what patient pay . If I knew the bill will come over $ 674 I would hold to order night guard!!! Very careful of this dentis and his team !"
