"I had a great experience with this office! The front desk person was very helpful in getting my previous dental records transferred to their location. They also took the time to help me understand my insurance benefits so I wouldn't have any surprises as to copays at the end of the visit. The hygienist was kind and had a gentle touch. "For folks looking for a new dentist, take time to find the right dentist and fit for you. I was on the waiting list for two reputable dentists and was on the fence about this place after seeing some of the reviews but wanted to get a cleaning done before my next trip and took a chance. While my insurance was accepted at this office, they didn't check to see that I already had an oral exam done and billed me for one. As nice as they are, I've never had an office not check my insurance benefits before doing work and unfortunately was hit with a bill I was not expecting. The nice gentleman at the front assured me he had looked into my benefits (and mistakenly assumed my husband was the benefit holder) it's always good to double check the work and ask for what they plan to do and call your insurance carrier yourself. Do the extra work yourself to avoid any inadvertent mistakes. As easy as it was to get a new visit appointment I now realize why there was availability than some of the other offices I called who were booked out months in advance. With that said, this would be a good office for someone who typically calls their insurance before every visit to make sure the dental office knows what can and cannot be billed and for someone who has already healthy dental hygene as this office seems good for any Class 1 care (for class 2 or 3 I would evaluate a larger pool of offerings before making any decisions). Overall nice people and good for a cleaning but not somewhere I plan to recommend to friends and family due to basic levels of incompetance. Hope this helps others!"
