"Disappointed with my recent visit. Everyone was nice, but my regular cleaning did not include polishing because the equipment was broken, they did not do the flossing as in the past and I did not receive a complementary tooth brush, tooth paste and package of floss as in the past. I was charged the full cleaning price. New ownership needs to work on keeping past loyal customers happy or they will go elsewhere."
