"I am undergoing a complex series of fillings and replacing crowns. Dr. Burluc has provided me with skilled and gentle treatments. I also appreciate the attitude, skill and knowledge of the Dental Assistants. The whole office has a pleasant and amiable atmosphere. I highly recommend."
"DTC Dental and Dr. Burlac are professionally friendly. My dental hygienist put me at ease, although I like going to the dentist, but she ensured that I was relaxed despite taking both my 5 year and annual X-rays. Dr. Burlac did a filling without me having to make another appointment despite having other patients. I wholeheartedly recommend DTC Dental."
"I had an emergency that I needed taken care of. Dr. Burluc took me immediately. The entire staff was friendly and caring. The doctors bed side manner was amazing. If you need a dentist, call DTC Dental care."
"I went in for my second annual cleaning, my first and last visit to this office. I let them know I had previous X-rays done at another facility earlier this year, but since I had not provided them, they opted to take a new set. I also wanted to address some issues I had been having with my night guard (I have ground my teeth on it for years and it has a few sharp edges now). All they said was that a new night guard wasn't really indicated. I have had sores in my mouth from this since our visit because no changes were made whatsoever for me. Then I received a bill for the x-rays because my insurance already paid for my set until the next cycle. I decided to give them a call to clear my confusion, because I didn't ask for x-rays and they had insisted upon them. The woman on the phone had dreadful customer service skills and could only offer me answers like "you're responsible to pay it," and "you're responsible to provide previous x-rays to new providers," and "it was in the paperwork." Fair enough, so I paid it. Guess I should be more thorough the next time I go to the dentist because you never know which offices are compassionate and helpful, and which are uncaring and ineffective. I've only ever been to dentists offices that will coordinate record transfers and care with previous providers, so clearer instructions might be beneficial to new patients so that they aren't tricked into paying for treatment that's not indicated. Hope that $74 was worth it! If the care was decent, I may have disregarded this billing experience. But the dismissiveness from the front desk, overruling patient wishes in the exam room, and failing to address the only problem I have had with my mouth for this visit, all I can hope for is that the next dentist office I visit is more transparent and thorough in their billing and care."
"I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work. Dr. Burluc and her team were so nice and understanding, even when I cried and shook through most of the appointment (sorry). Very gentle and reassuring. I am happy to have found a new dentist!"
