Perfect Teeth - Arapahoe

"This place was awesome for so many years and then they got bought out last year. Every member that previously worked here is now gone. My last visit was in July 2023 by some temp and I switched. They have sent me multiple bills since my last visit stating that I paid in full and said I had a zero balance only to be sent more bills. When I explained this to them, they said I must have misunderstood the balance I left at the time of service. The only conclusion I can come up with is that they are backdating charges. Since I haven't been there in seven months and payed and zeroed out my last bill (twice), I can't come up with any other conclusion."

"I have been going to Perfect Teeth - Arapahoe for many years. Since changing to Brident, this office can no longer seem to provide the same level of service I have grown to expect nor do they honor scheduled appointments booked months in advance. It's nearly impossible to reach the office directly as inbound calls now seem to be routed to a centralized call center. Very disappointing."

"I tried getting established as a new patient back in June. The first appointment they booked they ended up double-booking. When they booked the next-available appointment (several months later), they called a week prior and said that they were understaffed and that they would get back to me with the next available appointment (which never happened)."

"Don’t even bother establishing care with this office, they are a failed dental practice. I had an appointment scheduled for December for the last 6 months. I got a call from their office 3 business days prior to the appointment stating that they were short-staffed and needed to re-schedule my appointment. This was reasonable, however, when I called to re-schedule my appointment, I was told that I couldn’t be seen again until March. They can’t possibly expect to retain me as a patient after this, but I will be calling in to the office to speak with a manager and get more information. Don’t waste your time with them. Update: I attempted to call the office multiple times during their business hours to speak with a manager. Their office ducked all 8 of my calls. I will not recommend them to anyone and don’t want to hear from them again."
