"Very disappointed I was not informed my dentist left the practice before my appt. I had scheduled my appt. six months ahead of time. I was in the chair expecting my dentist and someone else showed up. The website still shows dentists who permanently left the practice over six months ago which is misleading at best and unethical at worst. I've been a patient at this practice for decades. It's not the same since a private equity firm acquired them. Now it's all about profit, not patient care. P.S. I contacted the practice administrator shortly after my visit to discuss my experience. She could not have cared less. The response to my post was likely written by a bot. My family and I will seek care from a practice owned by dentists who demonstrate integrity and value the doctor-patient relationship."

"My experience may have been unique since my appointment was on a day that the computer system was down, however, I will not be back. After making my appointment, I received numerous text messages, emails and phone calls to confirm. I filled out all the online forms. When I arrived I was given another stack of similar forms to fill out. I was told they couldn’t access what I had filled out since the system was down. That made sense so I began filling out forms again. However, they had been able to print out an estimated bill of service which was a little under $500 for a cleaning, X-rays and exam. I asked why my insurance coverage was not reflected and declined to sign. I was assured this would be put through insurance once the system was back up. My cleaning was good and I liked the hygienist. No X-rays since the system was down. At my previous dentist, my cleanings and once a year X-rays were completely covered. Not so at Cody. A few days later I received a request for my uncovered balance of $42 from Cody Dental. I will not be returning."
