"My first appointment I told him my bite is off. He said he could fix it 95% so I chose him over somebody who gave me only 75%. When he took off the braces I told him I was not ready to have it off. But he said it should be fine. It's been 2 years since he took off my braces. He did 3 retainers but none were good. I told him but he didn't care. When I asked him (6 months after braces were out) when I should come again to the office he told that I don't have to come again. My teeth are moving back and forth with the retainer he did. By night when I need to put the retainer in my mouth my bite is off to the point my teeth hurt. In the morning my bite is off differently after wearing the retainer all night. I guess I threw away money, time and pain having Dr. Benson fixing my bite. He was expansive comparing to the other 2 dentists I've seen. And he didn't do the job he promised on my first appointment"
