"I used to love coming to this dentist office, so much so that I had been coming here for the last 12 years. Most times I would have to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. It was fine, I was always patient. Many of my appointments got canceled and rescheduled because of staffing issues and still, I was patient and kept coming back. This last time I came in, I was late due to traffic and was told that I would not be seen because I was 15 minutes late. They didn’t bother to even try to still get me in. After 12 years and countless dollars spent here, this was a total slap in the face. They seem not to be able to handle the amount of clients they have. They will take all the grace from you but give you none in return. Very disappointed in how this office has deteriorated over time. Highly recommend choosing another dental office - not this one."
