"I did not have a good experience with Dr. MacKenzie. I have been going to this office for a few years now and it’s been great. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and she splashed me in the face with water in entire time. I had to stop them a few times and ask if I could wipe my face. That has never happened to me before. She also told me that I was getting a cavity on my wisdom tooth. She said that is why it is better to get them removed when you are younger because it makes it harder on them. Dr. Piper was previously very considerate and told me whenever I was ready that they would put me under to get them removed. She didn’t even offer a solution and left it at that."
"Dr piper was awesome very friendly and understanding. Good as you can say in a way bed side manner. I plan on coming back to this location on a regular basis. The receptionist was very helpful my company hr person didn’t have any clue where my insurance was originated from. She found it I appreciate her hard work on finding it. The technician was very friendly also Excellent service here"
"I have had a wonderful experience at this location of Open and Affordable Dental(Firestone, CO) since my very first visit! Dr. Piper and Dr. Omar are amazing! The other staff members have also always been so warm and welcoming which keeps me coming back. I now live farther away from this office, but it is worth the long journey just to have this outstanding care! Thank you so much for all you do! You will always come highly recommended from me!!"
"I wish I could give Dr Omar and the team 6+ stars. I was having pretty bad tooth pain and wasn’t taken care of very well by a different office earlier in the week. When I called, they were super friendly and got me right in. Once I got there, I waited less than 5 minutes and was taken back and started on X-rays etc. Dr Omar and her assistant were amazing. I was very anxious and in pain, and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr Omar was both super friendly and supportive, while also confident which is what I needed after my prior experience. She was able to fix my issue while I was there, which was so great to not get bounced around or have to go into the weekend in pain. She explained my copay without any pressure, and explained each step throughout the procedure. I’m so glad I found this office and team."
