Roadhouse Boulder Depot

"We just arrived in boulder and looking for a place for dinner. We found an Uber eats special for buy one get one here and ordered the burger with the Brussels sprouts and also the pretzel and queso. The pretzel was pretty good and tender. The queso was barely any in the cup. It was only about 1/4 full. Way less than was expected and for $13 was less than sufficient. The burger was cooked well. We got it medium rare and it was just that. The toppings on the other hand were kind of limp. The lettuce looked a little old and wilted. The bun was awesome though and tasted very good. I took it to go so did not get to review the inside. The staff was very friendly when picking up my order. Parking kinda sucked though as you have to pay behind the building or park in the garage which said it was for pay too."

"Brought in a group of ten for my wife's birthday and everything was done just right. Bodhi was our server, he did great. Food was well-made, prompt and came out hot. Atmosphere was trendy but not pretentious, and it was busy but it never felt crowded. We even brought in a birthday cake and they cut and served it (for a small fee that they communicated clearly to us beforehand). Would definitely recommend it to anyone."

"This used to be one of my favorite places for brunch/happy hour, but our last visit was so disappointing. The food was overpriced and underwhelming, and the service was atrocious. We waited 15 mins before a waitress greeted us, and she was very unfriendly and condescending. Rhiannon, bless your heart, you gotta work on your customer service skills and not be flat out rude to a patron’s face. The bottom of the flatbread was burnt and the addition of broccoli to prosciutto & fig didn’t mesh well. I watched the waitstaff and some kitchen staff use bare hands to finish dishes and sprinkle toppings on food. The law prohibits bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods? The whole experience was a bummer (we wasted $70 on this meal) and we will absolutely not be going back."

"Service was awesome. Love the Tuesday special half price bottles of wine and $12 tapas. Had a lemon chicken and it was awesome. Waiter recommended it and I’m glad he did because I never would’ve ordered it. Live music and tennis on TV. Nothing missing."

"Stopped by recently with some family and the food and service were both incredible! I got the prime rib sandwich and it was definitely the best French dip sandwich I've ever had in my life. The fries were amazing as well. My wife got the mushroom skillet and loved it and we all shared the pretzel bites, which came with amazing queso. We can't wait to stop by again and try more things from the menu, I highly recommend the Roadhouse Boulder Depot!"
