I called quite a bit because of different issues I was facing due to unforeseen allergies, along with random questions I had involving my tooth procedures, and every time they were incredibly patient and caring. This issue kept me from sleeping, eating, or going more than 30 seconds without holding a mouthful of water in my mouth -- debilitating. I called them on a busy Sunday morning, but they got me in quickly anyways, the sympathetic dental staff recognizing the urgency immediately. I can't speak highly enough of the staff: they were caring, knowledgeable, and informative without sparing efficiency.
