"Shame on Dr. Polke for his malpractice. I had two failed dental procedures done by him back in 2011 and paid over $2k out of pocket (as a college student) only to find out a couple years later that my treated tooth had to be extracted due to a perforated root by strip. All that money for a crown, root canal and IV sedation went down the drain. Not to mention the bone loss I endured due to infection from the failed root canal. I paid extra for IV sedation because of extreme anxiety and ultimately I am even more terrified of having dental work done now than before. Thanks for nothing Dr. Polke. Happy to know that his license got revoked so this won't happen to anyone else."
