"Dr. Jeremiah Taylor is unprofessional will call you from his own cell phone and will text you from his cell phone being very inappropriate with patients. He talks about how the Big blocks his view of your chest he also texted about if we weren't married we could go to dinner but he doesn't think there'd be much eating going on. This is never acceptable with anyone in the position of trust. I don't trust this man and I will never allow him to work on me or my family ever again. This man is disgusting"

"A religious practices of abstaining from influential, secular music could not be granted. The office had been playing moderately loud music, typically heard on major radio stations, produced by large corporate music producing companies. Upon asking if there is a day without this type of music played, the response was that this music is always played. It had been offered to be turned down/off for my visit, however it was made know that the silence might be uncomfortable for other patients. I would like to see other patients comfort level maintained as well as my own. The comfort of others was made known would be affected negatively in abiding the request for the absence of secular music. With that, I chose to seek a more natural environment for which dental work is performed."
