"One of the worst places I’ve been to. They left me with a half done root canal for 5 weeks because their tool was broken. I asked for pain management and they gave me ibuprofen, but not enough to last me five weeks. I now have an infection, and they will not prescribe me antibiotics or answer their phone. It should’ve been done the first time right and I am waiting for it to be done again. Now I have to make three trips to the dentist because they didn’t finish it"

"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated WITH Bright now dental thornton after they canceled my appointment without any notice or warning. I had taken time off work and made arrangements to be there, only to arrive and find out that my appointment was canceled without anyone bothering to inform me. This lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable. Not only did they waste my time, but they also failed to provide the basic courtesy of a notification. I would advise others to think twice before trusting them with their care. Better customer service and communication are needed"

I cannot tell that I had a tooth pulled. The DREAM TEAM rocks!!! And yes Dr. Frank you are a GOD! Thank you for making something not pleasant bearable and easy."

I am so happy I found her, she did two root canals for me and they both were done right, she is like an artists for teeth. They are very reasonable if you don't have dental insurance.
