"I was a patient here for about 10 years but they really let me down. Not only did they stop taking my Anthem insurance but they also have really went downhill with office staff that have big mouths and/or don’t know what they are doing. I really liked my dentist and hygienist but no one seems to care that I had to leave bc they forced me out due to their new policies. They really need to take a step back and reevaluate. Hopefully this woman “Mo” is no longer there but they still don’t know what they are doing now. It’s really sad. I’d look elsewhere."

"if you were a patient of theirs 15 years ago it would have been magnanimous, dental emergency? Come on down we can fit you in the next half hour. Needed a cleaning we have time within the same week. Since going back to them after employment changed my dental insurance to one that they no longer covered I have nothing but disappointed in my service. They had the wrong billing address for me for over 8 months nobody could call and let me know. The front office staff no longer cares, my last cleaning the lady took over 45 minutes taking new x-rays and 15 minutes actually doing the cleaning I needed a 4 quad and I still do. When I complain to the front office staff about the cleaning she told me they didn't take any x-rays in my appointment I was there...declining service, happy to find a new one."

"Before visiting the office, I had just moved to Denver from VA where I’ve had the same dentist my entire life. I was nervous to try a new dentist (I am super protective or my teeth and body and all that), but extremely impressed with this practice. I had no issues transitioning records and the office was able to pick up the work of my prior dentist seamlessly. The hygienist that worked with me was personable, inquisitive and explained each procedure and what was going on throughly, showing me scans and exactly what was good vs. concerning. Dr. Kreider herself was clearly invested in having me as a patient long-term. Looking forward to returning for regular visits."

Dr. Egert took time to meet with you, discuss your concerns, and offer advice on the best way to care for your teeth. I was very, very happy with my appointment. Plus, they have a great value via their care package: 2 dental visits, with exams, x-rays, and cleanings for under $300. For me, without dental insurance, this was fabulous. I highly recommend Dr. Egert and his staff."
