"Very attentive and responsive practice with welcoming and professional staff. Jesus and Aujane were knowledgeable and pleasant hygienists that made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Rabichev explained everything that was going on in a way that was approachable and easy to understand. Great practice that I would definitely recommend."
"Hadn’t had a cleaning since before COVID and also had some new concerns about my dentition, so I was very nervous for my first cleaning. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. My hygienist, Taylor, was knowledgable, gentle and super friendly. The dentist, Dr. Jacob addressed all of my concerns and involved me in the decision making process for how I wanted to address those concerns. Overall the atmosphere of the office is welcoming and pleasant :) very happy to have found University Dental Arts!"
"I’ve been hesitant to give my honest review because everyone in this office is extremely nice, but being nice doesn’t make a good dentist's office unfortunately. I came in for a checkup and was told I needed two crowns. The first crown they installed had no issues but the second one required four different appointments to get it to fit correctly. The first appointment they told me the crown didn’t fit and they would need to have it remade. At the second appointment, they told me the crown still didn’t fit and they would send my scans to a different facility to make the new crown. The Doctor gave me his personal cell number and apologized on several occasions, which helped. As I mentioned, everyone in this practice is very nice, but it doesn’t make up for the inability to correctly place a crown. During this entire process, I had a temporary crown on, which broke two separate times (one of the times that it broke was quite literally within 24 hours of them repairing it.) Finally, on my fourth visit, they were able to place the crown correctly, but it felt like this crown wasn’t even designed for my mouth. My bite was completely off, which I vocalized and they shaved it down. I’m not even three months in and the crown that I’ve had reoccurring issues with has a hole in it. I will not only never recommend this office to anyone but advocate strongly to stay away from this practice."
"I visited University Dental Arts for a new patient evaluation and teeth cleaning after way too long without seeing a dentist. The team from beginning to end were kind, patient, transparent, and thorough in their job. They listened to my medical history and didn't dismiss anything I mentioned, which I've had dentists do in the past. I was walked through their recommendation for a treatment plan, including showing me exactly what they saw, and left with confident understanding of what was a "must do" and what could wait. The dental hygienist was incredibly skilled at her job, giving one of the best teeth cleanings I've ever received. Shout out to Taylor who walked me through everything she was doing, was upfront about additional costs, was attentive to any discomfort I may feel, and left my teeth feeling amazing. Would absolutely recommend to friends and enemies alike."
"I found this place through Open Care and they were the only one to offer me a same day appointment. I really like the location and that they validated 2 hrs parking. Everyone I met was very kind. I don't have anxiety about dentists really but it had been a while since I went to one and my first time going as an adult on my own. I never felt shamed or like I was being lectured, only helped and given an easy to understand plan to follow. My first appointment was a little over 3 hrs but that included signing in, first patient x rays, dentist consult and a deep cleaning. I also really appreciated that they made sure to discuss costs before I opted for a deep cleaning and wasn't surprised later at checkout. I have future appointments scheduled and would recommend to any one else especially if they get nervous about dentists."
