Denver Health: Westside Dental Clinic at Westside Family Health Center 1100 Federal Boulevard, Denver, CO 80204

"Really disappointed in my experience here. The assigned dentist was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes, failed to inform me that the facility could not sedate me for my ORAL SURGERY, also failed to prescribe any antibiotics for my gum infection or any pain treatment medication for the debilitating pain I was in. In addition, I was given absolutely no information on how to effectively prepare for the surgery. No mention of recovery times, food intake or restrictions, or anything similar. Instead, the nurses gossiped about how bad of a job the other in-facility nurses were doing, right in front of me, while multitasking their jobs inside my mouth. It was grossly unprofessional. When I called to try and attain this information on my upcoming surgery, I was left on hold for a combined 2 hours. In conclusion, I ended up wasting money on a pointless consultation visit, and now have to restart the entire process while still dealing with major pain and inability to eat solid food. Absolutely appalling. Avoid this place if you have the chance."

"Trying to get an appointment set at this office is a nightmare. Trying to even speak to a human at the clinic was impossible. I called a dozen times over the course of a week, after waiting 20 or 30 minutes, I'd always get someone who would "transfer me to the clinic" which would always just land me back in the main automated phone system and start all over again. The online MyChart system simply said "No available times" even when I searched 2 or 3 months in the future with no restrictions on provider or time."

"Due to circumstances beyond my control, I've never been to a dentist as an adult. I was very anxious about the appointment I had today going into it. Everyone at the clinic, from desk to assistant to dentist, were all professional and pleasant. While I know my teeth need a lot of work, I feel reassured that the process will be as painless as possible (at least emotionally, haha)."

"My daughter has ASD (autism) I felt rushed and unwelcome, were just a number here. My daughter needed work and they just kept pushing us off. So glad I found a place that actually cares about her oral health and making sure she gets dental care. The Dr never had anyone call us so we could set up sedation. The new dentist got us in and took care of business. I pray we never have to come back here."
