"Horrible management!! I’ve been a Blackjack customer for several decades in several cities. This location is the only one that refuses to take responsibility for constant mistakes. The manager just blames having a “young staff” every time they screw up. Take a look at the responses to all of the bad reviews and you can see for yourself. You will not find a worse run Blackjack in the state. I’d suggest the “young staff” switch places with the manager but I don’t think the management is competent enough to answer phones or make a pizza."
"If we could rate this place is zero we would!! Pizza came extremely undercooked and the staff and the manager argued when we called to report it. Don’t order!!!!!!"
"The pizza was good. Average pricing, even got a discount I didn't know about. Cheese bread came without marinara, which was disappointing. Cinnabar was especially good, but not cut well. They are currently only doing curbside pickup, which is kinda silly. A bunch of people sitting in their cars, poorly lit parking lot, had to wait about 10 mins past when my food was supposed to be ready."
"Friendly staff and nice place. Pizza we pretty good. Get a coupon to score extra. I wish the sauce had a little more punch and I wish the cheese was a like more flavorful, but overall it was good."
