"The staff and specialist there are very kind and have great customer service, however I am very disappointed because they told me I had gingivitis, with 6mm pockets and that I needed a deep cleaning ($500) or laser treatment ($1000, both prices after insurance.) in order to reverse the damage. I was hesitant because I know that the deep cleaning is very invasive, so I decided to get a second opinion. I not only did not have gingivitis, but she actually took out a mirror and showed me as she probbed that they were no deeper than 3mm. I cried of relief, because dr. Coats had told me that if I didn’t get this very expensive treatment through them that my teeth would fall out within a few years. Honestly, this place has made me loose trust in dentists which is very upsetting to admit. I’m sure he’s just new out of school, and he really needs to get more experience and not recommend very invasive procedures to people who don’t need them."
