"The dentists and hygienists at Shining Stars are GREAT. I can't say enough good things about them. Unfortunately, you have to work with the abysmal staff at the front desk. My kids' last 4 appointments all had mistakes made by the front desk staff which caused us to have to reschedule last minute. I even had a woman schedule an appointment for my daughter only to find out about 5 minutes later that she told me it was made for 1 day while it was really made for another. Oh, and this was when rescheduling an appointment that a representative told me was made for one day WHILE IT WAS REALLY MADE FOR ANOTHER. I don't know... I feel like if you're not a detail-oriented person, scheduling appointments shouldn't be one of your responsibilities. We've also had 2 instances of payments being made for services but then they "can't find" the payment and try to get us to pay again. If I was a less persistent person and worked very hard to get them to locate the payments, I would have double paid. Since the people who actually provide the services there are so good at what they do and since my kids have been going there for so long, we'll continue going to Shining Stars. But they can't keep going on without knowing how bad their front-of-house staff is at that they do. Years ago they were MUCH better at all of this. Hopefully they will get a whole new desk staff soon and go back to the level of quality that we used to be able to expect."
