"I came across Falcon Dental through a referral from another dental office. I have never experienced such kindness and efficiency at a doctor or dental office in my 50+ years of life. Highly recommend Dr. Stroup, Danielle and all of the supporting staff at Falcon Dental. I will not go anywhere else for dental care from here on out."

"Was initially very impressed with the services here. Cool technology and friendly staff. Had some dental work done and they pre authorized through insurance so paid my out of pocket $1200 and got everything done. Here we are nearly 6 months later with a random surprise bill for an additional $368. Also suddenly get a letter from a collection agency on behalf of falcon park that they sent this surprise bill to collection within a month with no phone call. Cant say I recommend this company and will definitely not be back in the future."

"Honestly the vibes were off the charts from the second I came in. I really love how young and diverse the staff is, it was a breath of fresh air in the medical industry to say the least. I appreciate the time spent to communicate all options and I never felt pressured to spend money like other reviews have mentioned. Sure they gave me choices and what benefits they would bring, but I ultimately decided I didn’t need anything extra today, it’s ok to say no!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and I was extremely anxious about going today and I am so glad I did. Everyone was amazing, Liz and Dr Girard took wonderful care of me. They have great technology to really show you what’s going on in there. I would and will happily return in the future."

"The office staff were very pleasant. Dr. Jones explained all of my treatment options thoroughly and showed me his concerns on the pictures and X-rays. Travis did a good job on X-rays and assisting Dr. Jones. My appointment was prompt and no wait time to see the Doctor. Pleasant experience!"

"The staff and dentists are very nice, they seem to know their stuff. The office had a good atmosphere and is in a convenient location. I feel bad saying this because they were all so nice, however, I do agree with some of the other reviews about them being after your money. A supposedly free 6 month cleaning with insurance ended up being $168 for my husband because of the extra tests and recommended extra cleanings. Luckily we went on different days to the office so I knew exactly what to say “no” to. Also, each of us ended up being at the dentist way too long! I was there for a little over 1.5 hours (with the office pretty quiet) and my husband was there for over 2.5 hours! (Not exactly sure how others are making this work with work schedules and/or children.) We are thinking we will give them another chance at our next 6 month appointment (since we know what to say “no” to price-wise), but if they take that long again we are out. Update 11/14/23: Shortly after I left this review, Falcon Park called and explained that they usually tell patients the first appointment is around 2 hours long. So we gave them another chance today because my husband needed a cap on his tooth. Well….the appointment today ended up being 2.5 hours long and the actual procedure took 20 minutes. So I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I think we will try another place for future appointments. We don’t love being at the dentist that much!"
