"Had crown replaced, work was nice and everybody in the office was easy going. There was some overage on the insurance billing and I was sent an invoice. On my next appointment I asked about this and was told nobody knew anything about it. Got increasingly aggressive mail ending in threats of going to collections over fifty bucks. My credit has been both a plague and a boon to me so I take it very seriously - don't threaten me with collections. Also, had a family member pass and needed to cancel an appointment and got nothing but sighs over the phone about it. If you are wondering why I haven't been back in a year it's because scheduling an appointment has been a trial and you've threatened my credit over a billing issue I tried to resolve in person."
