"After my dentist of many years retired, I struggled to find a good one. I came to Smiles By Design after a terrible experience with a dentist downtown who made an ill-fitting night guard. Dr. Justin worked with me for over and hour to adjust the guard and has helped alleviate my jaw pain. He's a great dentist and super nice! The atmosphere here is welcoming and the new renovations look fantastic. The crew at the front desk is friendly as well and Dani is the best hygienist ever! She made my last cleaning a blast, and that's rare to say for a dentist appointment! I couldn't recommend the team at Smiles By Design more. They really care about their patients and provide excellent services."

"I’m not sure how to start this review, so I will just dump right in. From the front desk Holly and Kayla there’s 2 ladies are always smiling and alway there to answer my 100 and 1 questions. They great my family and I by name before we walk in the door. They make sure we have everything we need. Dr. Justin all I can say is wow . He truly listens to what you the pt wants and cares about you. we have hated the dentist and him and his staff made this all a great experience. Stacy was so attentive to make sure i was comfortable and was always smiling . Bethany is also amazing she claimed my nerves and cared for me more then a pt. You will it go wrong by coming to this dental office."

"I can’t figure out how to change profiles for my review but Dr. Mark is the only dentist I go to. I’ve never had a bad experience with him ever & I’ve been going to Smiles by Design for as long as I can remember. The receptionists are super nice and Carolyn is my favorite hygienist. She’s super gentle and I love that she listens to me and tells me before she starts that if anything hurts I just need to raise my hand & she’ll stop. Dr. Mark is always in good spirits every time I see him and I can always hear him singing and telling jokes whenever he’s there. I tell anyone looking for dental recommendations to go to him because the staff there is so awesome."
