"No other way to put it, this place sucks. I went twice. Ordered online both times. Showed up about 10 minutes after the time that the order should have been ready. And waited an hour for food. I won't even try a 3rd time. No excuse for this. They had an excuse when the place first opened. Working the "bugs" and all that. But its been well over a year, and maybe almost 2 years, and I still see the bad reviews. Time to replace management and get rid of the teenagers working there."

"I just got my order they repeated everything back so I figured it was correct. I live about 45 minutes away ( my fault for not checking) my 15 bbq wings were missing and fry. And the original hot were short wings. We spent around $90 and our family was left still hungry"

"Ordered dinner here for the family. Part of the order was supposed to be 8 piece boneless Hawaiian flavor for my son. I don’t know what flavor they gave but it was extremely spicy. Be careful if you order for your kids that they don’t suffer being served something that will cause them pain."

"This was my second time at this location, and it was just as disappointing as my first visit. I decided to go inside this time to order my food.. I was told by one of the girls that she needed to wait for one of the other ladies to ring me up because she couldn’t do it. The other lady didn’t show up until maybe 5 minutes later to help me and I was the only person in the place. They didn’t seem too busy either? I only had to wait about 10minutes for my food which was good! However, I had asked for extra crispy and they definitely were not. The mild sauce was pretty much just oil and tasted awful. They were out of almost all drinks too.. The Buffalo fries were the only thing on the menu that was okay..Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my food and for the price, I’d recommend going somewhere else. I won’t be returning."
