"This particular location has to be the wort Burger King on earth. I've had several bad experiences there. This morning, I ordered a breakfast meal, the coffee was cold, the sandwich wasn't cooked all the way, (tasted like something you pull out of a box that you get at the frozen section of a grocery store) and the hash browns were stale. On top of that, the employees treat you like they're doing you a favor by taking your order, very rude. In the 9 years i've lived in this area i've gone there around six times, and each time is worse than the last. This time, i'll keep my promise never to visit this BK location again."

"I made a mobile order, waited in the parking lot for a few mins before getting in line to give them time to make it. (I work in fast food so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) but I still waited 45 minutes on some chicken fries. No one in front of me. No one behind me. There were just a few cars in the parking lot so I know they weren’t busy. The person that answered the drive thru sounded like she was one bad thing away from committing homicide. I’ve never been to any business where every single employee looks extremely depressed and miserable. Are yall checking on your people? Are we over working them? What’s going on in this store that makes no one give af about your experience or quality of food? Everyone here seems so consumed by misery that I left genuinely feeling bad for everyone. Also my food was wrong. Not worth it to ask them to fix and potentially send sis over the edge."

"Decided to stop by for lunch and Ramiyah made it such a breeze and quick experience. She had fresh nuggets dropped and when I asked for a water (willing to pay) she even gave me a large and it’s the little thing she for me and even had napkins, sauce, and the straw all in the bag nicely without me asking. Definitely one of the better Burger Kings in town."
